PROJECT MANAGEMENT

In the majority of cases, Fluiddesign is involved in the Project Management in order to make sure that the Execution phase is conducted in line with our initial concept and detailed planning.

Thanks to that, the projects are realized in a monitored and controlled atmosphere, meeting the deadlines, client’s budget and global quality standards.

At the end, we coordinate the testing and commissioning in order to evaluate if the actual operating parameters meet all the design parameters.
With the involvement of Fluiddesign team as Project Managers, the Execution phase is delivered in a trouble-free manner, so the client can stay calm & secure, just awaiting the end result.
